On Monday the United Nations General Assembly adopted a political declaration on pandemics, 153 votes to 3, per UN News and Health Policy Watch. The three no votes: the United States, Israel and Argentina. New Zealand and Paraguay abstained. It was supposed to pass quietly by consensus in September; America objected, so it went to a recorded vote. The declaration is non-binding. It welcomes the WHO's Pandemic Agreement and commits nations to "mainstream gender equality" and universal sexual and reproductive health care by 2030. The American delegate: the United States "does not support references to sexual and reproductive rights" and "strongly opposes the inclusion of harmful gender ideology." Every one of these documents is a brick in the wall. This time America did not help build it. Chuck reads the vote, as reported by The Gateway Pundit and UN News.
