Plus: China's sweeping new assimilation law takes effect July 1, eight defendants sentenced in the Texas ICE facility attack, and the FCC's case against The View just got 2,473 exhibits heavier. All in today's episode.

The Justice Department just announced one of the largest healthcare fraud takedowns on record: 455 people charged, 90 of them doctors, over more than $6.5 billion in alleged false claims, with more than $182 million in cash, luxury cars, and jewelry already seized. The DOJ says some of these schemes didn't just rob taxpayers, they harmed the patients who trusted them. So why does it feel like almost no one is reckoning with the scale of what was just EXPOSED?

Then we turn to a law most Americans have never heard of, one Beijing calls "unity" but that reaches all the way into how parents are allowed to raise their own children, and Chuck explains why he believes the remnant should be watching it closely. We cover the sentencing that handed down a full century behind bars, the California standoff over who really runs the state, and a media reckoning that could redefine what even counts as "news."

There is a famine of truth in our land, and today we name it.
